How do i know a surcharge Applies?
Simply enter your postcode at checkout.
If your delivery address falls within one of our surcharge zones, the additional delivery charge will be shown clearly before payment.
To keep our delivery pricing fair and transparent, some postcode areas may carry an additional delivery surcharge.
These surcharges apply to locations that are more expensive or more time-consuming for couriers to deliver to, including parts of London, the Scottish Highlands, and UK Islands.
We do not add these charges to make extra profit — they simply help cover the additional delivery costs charged by our courier partners.
Why do some areas have a surcharge?
Certain locations require extra handling, longer journey times, ferry crossings, congestion-related delivery costs, or specialist courier routes.
